Person-Centered Day Habilitation in Jersey City

Our Jersey City Day Habilitation program supports adults with developmental disabilities through individualized, strength-based services.

Each participant’s day is guided by their interests, goals, and support plans, progress feels personal, achievable, and motivating.

What We Offer

Participants may engage in programming that supports growth across daily life, community access, and personal development, including:

Daily living and self-care skills building
Social skills, communication, and relationship development
Community inclusion, outings, and volunteer opportunities
Creative expression, wellness, and recreational activities
Pre-vocational skill building and personal growth experiences

Every activity is planned with purpose—to help participants strengthen independence while enjoying a welcoming routine.
